Here is an extremely easy summer salad recipe that you'll love
You Need:
- 12 oz bag broccoli slaw
- 8 tablespoons poppyseed dressing
- 1 chicken breast, chopped
- 1 1/2 cup fried chow mein noodles
Saute chicken breast. Let cool and chop into pieces. Mix broccoli slaw and dressing a bowl and stir. Mix in broccoli and chicken. Toss broccoli slaw mixture with fried chow mein noodles.
Notes: Serve this with either almonds or grape slices, sprinkled on top, just before serving. YUM!

I got a late start in the purse department. I remember girls started carrying purses around 8th grade, but it was still optional. When I became a freshman it seemed all the girls carried them, yet I just couldn't bring myself to do it. Honestly, I didn't have anything to carry in one plus I didn't like the feeling of being "tied down" to this bag that I had to lug around. The seasoning on the chicken is FANTASTIC. Sometimes we just make the chicken and eat them on tortillas topped with lettuce, cheese and whatever other toppings you like. I highly recommend this recipe if you're in the mood for some delicious Mexican style food.

Tim Gunn. I love him. I want to adopt him as my uncle. He's the perfect uncle I think, charming, funny, a tad eccentric and very sweet. I want him to come over for Thanksgiving Dinner.
