The Grinch looked around.
"But since reindeer are scarce, there was none to be found.
Did that stop the old Grinch...?
No! The Grinch simply said,
"If I can't find a reindeer, I'll make one instead!"
So he called his dog Max. Then he took some red thread
And he tied a big horn on top of his head. "
So, it's supposed to be the biggest moon of the year, but it still looks pretty tiny to me. 
Here's a more spooky shot of it. There was a ring around it that made getting a clear photo difficult with our camera - or our skills - one or the other.
Here are some of the new windmills that have been going up all around here. In fact, there's a windmill "farm" being built about 20 miles from here. They are so awesome to see. Sometimes when I'm looking at them I pretend that the Iron Giant comes walking across the hills to eat one.
This photo my husband took from the car window - sorry about the blurriness, but the rainbow was RIGHT THERE and we couldn't stop to get a more focused picture. (It was a double rainbow, too!)
