How much fun was Halloween when you were a kid. Seriously. That's why I love it now, to evoke all those fun childhood memories. One of my nieces came over last night and wanted to carve pumpkins, but since it's a little too early, I told her she could draw decorations on them if she liked. This is what she came up with:
This is the mother pumpkin - (which I find disturbing)
and this is the father pumpkin. (He appears to be happy in spite of his wife's shrieking.)
These are their two delightful wind up children! I guess you can tell which is which.
