I don't know if this happens to everyone, but at times being around my family is really overwhelming, and quite frankly, very depressing. It's a whole big mix of stuff we can talk about later (since right now I'm feeling overwhlemed by it). Instead, I shall leave you with this . . .

Hang in there! I think that does happen to everybody; probably because sometimes it’s hard to tell where our family ends and we begin. We expect a degree of connection and understanding that–even though it’s there–can’t be constant, and can’t always reach to every part of our respective lives. We can’t be everything for them, they can’t be everything for us, but we love them so much that it’s really hard to accept that. Or am I just projecting

I have not seen Alice in Wonderland in years and years. I loved the little hammer/bunnies in the tree toward the end. Is the next part the part where the Cheshire cat shows up?
