Thankful

So I’ve been trying to be more greatful for things – trying to focus on the positive side of life, trying to see the glass half-full, you know.

I don’t know if you’ve heard of The Law of Vibration (or if you believe it). If you don’t know what it is, here’s a simple explanation of it,

“The Law of Vibration states that everything in the universe, no matter what it may be, is made of energy. This same energy makes up our entire universe. If you place a particle under a very powerful microscope all you would see is molecules.

These molecules are in a constant state of movement. If we looked inside a molecule we would see an atom. And inside this atom you will find a proton in the center with an electron circling around.

This is energy vibrating…

Everything vibrates at different rates or speeds. When the vibration is within our ability or frequency range, we can hear or see the vibrating source of energy. We are also energy in the form of a body. We vibrate like anything else. Every part of us is a vibration including our thoughts and sounds.”

This is very simplistic explanation of something that even scientists don’t fully understand right now. Basically, when you look at something that we consider solid – like a table-top for instance, if you put that thing under stronger and stronger microscopes you see that solid things aren’t truly “solid” they are composed of molecules that are vibrating at slower frequencies than something we consider non-solid, like water, or cloth. The object may appear to have a certain characteristic, but at a molecular level all objects are vibrating and moving.

Some people think this is all just a bunch of hoodo guru, and if you’re not inclined to believe in anything that western medicine/society hasn’t given the stamp of approval to, here are a couple links that discuss using soundwaves and vibrational frequencies to kill viruses and cancers. They are “reliable” sources, LiveScience and The Daily Mail are two I could find off the top of my head.

Now just go with me on this okay. Imagine that you’re at work talking with a coworker and another coworker comes into the room and the whole energy of the place changes. Suddenly, you’re both looking at each other quzzically like, “what the hell was that all about?” Maybe you felt the other person’s anger or frustration. It can also work the other way too. Maybe you’re having a bad day and someone else stops by who’s full of happiness and exuberance – sometimes you can really have a change of heart just being around someone like that. Sure, sure, part of picking up on someone else’s feelings is body language, their breathing, any number of social cues, but there is also a certain “energy” that comes off people.

Like when you know someone’s staring at you, and you turn and sure enough someone is . . . what made you pick up on that?

“A mother rabbit was taken down into a submarine and one of it’s babies was kept in a laboratory thousands of miles away. The mother rabbit was hooked up to sophisticated equipment that measured the brain waves (brains rate of vibration measured in Hertz Hz) to determine her reaction to the upcoming experiment.

The scientists in the laboratory then killed the baby rabbit and observed the brain waves (Hz) of the mother rabbit which went absolutely haywire at precisely the same time even though they were thousands of miles apart!

The conclusion being that consciousness (vibration) consists of, and is interconnected, providing a distinct vibratory pattern and is immediately received, with no concept of space or time when released into the universe, and doesn’t require time to travel even thousands of miles. It was a step in proving that vibration exists as an ever present consciousness that exists in the entire universe!

Everything in our universe consists of vibration. If the rate of that vibration falls below or rises above a certain intensity, it becomes unmeasurable or invisible to the human senses.”

I’m saying all this to say that Gratitude is supposedly the highest vibrational frequency – even higher than love. I’m not sure about that but I do think it’s one of the highest frequencies. When you’re really greatful for something there is a joy that comes from that. I hope this makes sense. Otherwise, just file it under “K” for Kookie ramblings from the B-moviestar. I’ll understand.

Anyway, I want to be more greatful for everything, and thus more joyful about life, so here’s a little quote I found. I made them into a few cards you can print off and hang on your fridge, or mirror. You could also print off several of them and use them on your Thanksgiving table setting – maybe as THANK YOU cards!
